5. Operation Control Center

Project Experience Summary

Our project team brings extensive experience in the design, construction, and commissioning of Control Rooms and Data Centers, having successfully executed multiple high-performance projects that integrate electrical, IT, audiovisual, and interior systems with precision and reliability.

Notably, our team has been directly involved in the implementation of Omantel Data Center Projects in Barka and Salalah, where we carried out a comprehensive range of works similar to the current project scope. These works included:

Workstation Installation & Electrical Integration: Supply and installation of modular workstation systems equipped with dedicated power outlets, structured cabling, and ergonomic furniture layouts suitable for 24/7 operational environments.

Monitor and LED Display Setup: Installation and configuration of borderless monitors and large-format LED screens for real-time network and operations monitoring, including mounting, alignment, and signal management.

Structured Cabling and Network Infrastructure: Deployment of CAT6 and fiber optic cabling systems, patch panel terminations, labeling, and testing for high-speed data connectivity.

Electrical and Power Systems: Implementation of reliable electrical wiring networks with UPS integration, surge protection, and power distribution for critical IT equipment.

Interior Finishing and Control Room Ergonomics: Design and execution of high-quality interior finishes, acoustic treatments, and ambient lighting conducive to control room operations.

Testing, Commissioning, and Documentation: Complete system testing, calibration of displays and network components, and handover with as-built documentation, test reports, and O&M manuals.

This previous experience in live, mission-critical environments has strengthened our expertise in handling complex coordination between multiple disciplines — ensuring that all systems, from electrical to IT infrastructure, function seamlessly together.

With this proven background, our team is fully capable of executing the Operation Control Center for BEAH efficiently and to the highest standards of quality, safety, and operational reliability. Our approach emphasizes meticulous planning, attention to detail, and adherence to client specifications, ensuring a fully integrated, high-performance control room environment.
