Unified Operations Control Dashboard

Mazin.Ai will serve as the command centre interface of be’ah’s new Operations Control Centre (OCC).

This unified dashboard will provide a 360-degree operational view of all waste management activities nationwide, combining live telemetry, performance KPIs, and AI-driven insights.

The system will:

Collect and Analyze Operational Data: Aggregate IoT, CCTV, ERP, and manual inputs into a centralized data lake for continuous monitoring and trend analysis.

Trigger Automated Workflows: Initiate RFQs, maintenance tasks, or alerts automatically based on AI predictions or threshold violations.

Maintain a Secure National Data Warehouse: Host and manage all environmental and operational data within Oman, complying with the Personal Data Protection Law and be’ah’s information security policies.

Support AI-Driven Compliance and Optimization: Continuously validate contractor KPIs, detect deviations, optimize routes, and automate billing and reconciliation with be’ah’s ERP system.
