System provides a comprehensive Accident and Incidents Reporting module with the following features:
Real-Time Reporting: Captains can efficiently raise incidents to notify agents about events occurring during their routes. The captain’s application provides an intuitive interface for incident reporting, including a predefined list of incident types tailored to the project.
Essential Details Capture: Records key details including date, time, location, vehicle involved, nature of the incident.
Multimedia Attachments: When an incident is selected, captains are prompted to capture evidence, which includes taking multiple pictures with automatic timestamps, recording voice messages, and optionally, a fixed-length video if needed.
Incident Classification: Implements a classification system to categorize incidents by severity, aiding in prioritizing response and follow-up actions.
Immediate Notifications: Alerts designated personnel, such as supervisors or the HSE team, immediately upon submission of an incident report.
Comprehensive Records: Captains are permitted to create multiple incident reports during a route, with each report documenting a single type of incident. Data Analysis: Analyzes incident data to identify trends, patterns, and root causes, enabling proactive measures to prevent future occurrences. KPIs Tracking: Agents will attend to these incidents, logging their actions accordingly. Incidents that remain unattended are prioritized on the list for agents to ensure timely review and resolution.

The platform allows the service provider to submit a monthly report covering the activities and performance metrics for the preceding month.
Inspection Activities
Inspection Reporting
In the system, we can design questionnaires on company admin level for collectors that can vary from project to project.
Admin can decide whether the (Vehicle Condition Report) VCR check will be questionnaire or certain checks without the questionnaire. Without those checks, the routes cannot be dispatched.
A user-friendly interface that allows stakeholders to easily build and personalize inspection checklists.
In cases where mobile data is unavailable, the app allows incident reporting to continue. The data will be logged in the mobile application along with timestamps and location. Once mobile data becomes available, the system will automatically generate the necessary notifications within the portal.
Integration with Be’ah Systems
To facilitate seamless integration, our system will utilize the following APIs:
Bin Inspection Automation System API: Enables generation of detailed reports post-inspection, tracking findings, corrective actions, and compliance status.
CRM Integration API: Captures on-ground non-compliance issues and reports them to the service provider for prompt rectification and follow-up.

Panic Button
The Panic Button installed in waste management vehicles will enhance the safety and security of drivers and operators. In case of an emergency, the driver can press the Panic Button to immediately alert the central operations center. This alert can trigger a rapid response, including contacting emergency services, dispatching assistance, or taking other appropriate actions to ensure the safety of the personnel. The Panic Button provides an added layer of security by ensuring that help can be quickly mobilized in situations such as accidents, health emergencies, or security threats.
BIN LEVEL SENSOR
- Implementation of Sensors
The project for this tender can be executed in two phases:
Phase 1: Deployment of Smart Bin Level Sensors with calibration and monitoring functionality.
Phase 2: Integration of Bin Fill Level data with the Route Optimization Engine, enabling dynamic updates to upcoming and in-progress collection jobs. This reduces dead mileage and ensures collection vehicles are only dispatched to bins that require service.

2.1 Smart Bin Settings (System Enhancements)
- Introduce new category: Smart Bin Sensor under Settings → General → Smart Bin.
- Map IoT sensors to existing Bin Objects.
- Update “Installed On” field to reflect Bin mapping.
- Restrictions applied if “Bin” is selected (limited object rights).

Current Functionality
The current system allows adding vehicles equipped with GPS devices. It includes fields for reseller, company, branch, name, GPS tracker ID, device type, IMEI number, server address, SIM number, etc. where the Bin Level Sensor can also be added.
