Release Date: 17-05-2026
Brought to you by: The SenseWare Team
We're excited to bring you the third release of the year, expanding SenseWare with new sensor types, multi-language support, custom dashboard visualizations, and a major leap forward with full 3D warehouse and room visualization.
🚀 What's New
1. Water Level & Fuel Level Sensor Support
SenseWare now supports Water Level and Fuel Level as new sensor types. Simply configure the sensor types from your AVL setup and they will be automatically reflected in SenseWare readings — visible in both the room summary bar (as median values) and on individual device cards.
- New sensor types: Water Level (liters) and Fuel Level (liters)
- Median values displayed in the room header alongside Temperature, Humidity, and CO2
- Enables real-time monitoring of water tanks and fuel level tanks
- Seamless integration — just add sensor types from AVL configuration
2. Global Search in Monitoring Screen
A powerful new search bar has been added to the Monitoring screen, allowing operators to quickly find any asset across all warehouses. Search by room name, device name, device IMEI, or warehouse name — and click on any result to instantly navigate to that asset.
- Search across Warehouses, Rooms, and Devices from a single search bar
- Results grouped by category with match counts
- One-click navigation directly to the selected asset
- Ideal for large deployments with hundreds of devices
3. Last Update Time Indicator for Online Devices
Each online device card now displays a real-time "last update" timestamp (e.g., "49 seconds ago", "4 minutes ago"), giving operators instant visibility into how recently each device reported data and helping quickly identify any communication delays.
- Relative timestamps update live on device cards
- Helps operators spot devices with stale or delayed readings
- Displayed alongside battery voltage and connection status
4. Multi-Language Support (Arabic & French)
SenseWare is now fully available in three languages: English, Arabic, and French. The entire user interface — including monitoring screens, warehouse listings, room cards, sensor labels, navigation, and export formats — has been fully translated.
- Full Arabic support with complete RTL (right-to-left) layout
- Full French translation across all modules
- Language selector accessible from the top navigation bar
- Export reports are generated in the selected language
5. Custom Charts on Dashboard
A powerful new "Add Custom Chart" feature on the Dashboard allows users to create tailored monitoring views by grouping rooms with similar goods and defining custom sensor intervals with full color coding.
- Select specific rooms carrying similar goods into a named chart (e.g., "Freezers", "Goods")
- Choose the sensor type to monitor (Temperature, Humidity, CO2, O2, etc.)
- Define up to 4 custom intervals with names, ranges (From/To), and colors
- Live-updating donut visualization shows room distribution across intervals
- Click "List View" for a detailed room table with status, reading, range, and location
- Side panel shows Room Details with status, last update, and configured ranges
- Export to Excel for offline reporting and auditing
- Drag & drop custom charts to prioritize monitoring order
6. 3D Warehouse & Room Layout Visualization
A game-changing feature that brings your warehouse to life in three dimensions. Upload 3D model files for floor-level and room-level layouts, pin rooms and devices directly onto the model, and monitor live sensor data in an immersive spatial view.
- Support for multiple 3D formats: GLB, GLTF, USDZ, OBJ, FBX, PLY, 3MF, DXF (up to 50 MB)
- Choose between Floor Layout or Room Layout, and 2D or 3D model types
- Pin rooms onto the 3D model with customizable shape, color, and scale
- Interactive 3D viewer: drag to rotate, scroll to zoom, right-drag to pan
- Live monitoring on 3D — hover over any pin for real-time sensor readings
- Drill down from floor-level to room-level 3D views with device-level pins
"Transform your warehouse monitoring from flat dashboards into an immersive, spatial experience. Walk through your facility virtually — see exactly where every sensor sits, spot anomalies at a glance, and make faster decisions with a true digital twin of your operations."
7. Shared Units & Group Units Across Accounts
SenseWare now supports sharing units and group units from one account to another. When shared units are assigned to a room within the receiving tenant's assets, they are automatically reflected in SenseWare with full monitoring capabilities — enabling seamless multi-account collaboration and centralized warehouse oversight across organizational boundaries.
- Share units and group units between accounts seamlessly
- Shared units automatically appear in the receiving tenant's SenseWare environment
- Full monitoring capabilities on shared units — same as owned devices
- Enables centralized oversight across multiple organizational accounts
8. Warehouse API for External Integrations
A new RESTful API endpoint has been developed for integration purposes, allowing external systems to programmatically fetch the current warehouse list of a user along with the associated rooms and their median sensor readings (last readings).
- Fetch warehouse list with associated rooms via API
- Retrieve median sensor readings (last readings) per room
- Enables integration with third-party platforms, custom dashboards, and BI tools
- Designed for system-to-system communication and automation workflows
9. Design Enhancements
A new round of design refinements across core modules, improving clarity and consistency throughout the platform.
- Monitoring module design enhancements
- My Warehouse module design enhancements
- Dashboard module design enhancements
✅ Summary of Key Benefits
- Richer monitoring coverage — Water Level and Fuel Level sensor support extends SenseWare beyond environmental metrics into liquid and fuel asset tracking, with no extra setup beyond AVL configuration.
- Faster issue detection — Global Search and the Last Update Time Indicator together cut down the time operators spend hunting for assets or noticing stale devices, especially valuable across large, multi-warehouse deployments.
- Broader accessibility — Full Arabic (RTL) and French support make the platform usable for regional teams and international stakeholders without translation workarounds.
- Tailored visibility — Custom Charts let teams group rooms by what actually matters to them (e.g., by goods type) and define their own alert thresholds, rather than relying on fixed system defaults.
- Spatial, intuitive oversight — 3D Warehouse & Room Layout Visualization turns flat data into a walkable digital twin, making it easier to spot anomalies and orient new staff or stakeholders during walkthroughs.
- Multi-account flexibility — Shared Units & Group Units enable organizations with multiple accounts or tenants to collaborate and monitor shared assets centrally, without duplicating setup.
- Integration-ready — The new Warehouse API opens the door to BI tools, custom dashboards, and third-party systems pulling live warehouse and sensor data programmatically.
- Polished day-to-day experience — Ongoing design enhancements across Monitoring, My Warehouse, and Dashboard keep the platform consistent and easy to navigate as new capabilities are added.
