The Accidents section is used to document any vehicle-related incidents involving collisions, damage, or other safety-related events. Each accident report captures essential data about the vehicle, driver, date, and assigned personnel â allowing your team to investigate and follow up as needed.

The main accident log is displayed in a tabular layout with the following columns:
- Reference
- Vehicle Name / Plate Number
- Assigned To
- Expiration Date
- Status
- Actions
Pagination and row-limit controls are available at the bottom of the table.
Filter
Clicking Filter opens a right-side panel with the following fields:
- Name
- Assign
- Status
- Expiration Date From
- Expiration Date To
Click Apply Filters to refine the table based on your selected criteria.
You can:
đ Search by vehicle, user, or status
đ§Ž Sort by date or assignment
đ¤ Export the list for insurance or audit records
Create
To log a new accident:
- Click Add New
- Complete the form:
- Select Vehicle (required)
- Assigned To (required)
- Reported By (required)
- Accident Date (required)
- Driver (required)
- Driver Error Rate (optional)
- Click:
- Save without attachments if no files are needed immediately
- Or Save, then upload:
- đ Attachments (images, reports)
- đ Notes
Actions
âī¸ Edit: Update any field or attachments
đī¸ Archive: Move old or resolved accidents to storage
âģī¸ Restore: Reactivate archived entries
đĻ Update Status: Reflect progress (e.g., from Open to Closed)
đ You can also customize status colors and labels in the Accident Status settings.
âšī¸ Supporting documents (e.g., photos, reports) can only be uploaded after saving the accident entry.
