The Fuel History section is used to log and monitor all refueling activities across the fleet. It captures odometer and engine hour readings at the time of fuel entry and calculates consumption and costs for operational analysis.

Fuel records are displayed in a table with the following columns:
- Vehicle Name / Plate Number
- Date and Time
- Volume (in litres)
- Fuel Consumption
- Total Cost
- Vendor
- Reference
- Invoice Number
- Fuel Type
- Actions
Pagination and row count selector are available at the bottom.
Filter
The right-hand Filter panel includes:
- Vehicles
- Entry Date From / To
- Vendors
- Fuel Type
Click Apply Filters to refine the displayed entries.
- Customize your table view using the Show/Hide Columns option

Create
To log a fuel entry:
- Click Add New
- Complete the form (2-part entry screen):

- Volume in litres (required)
- Full Tank Fill-Up checkbox (optional)

- Upload Receipt (optional file upload box)

- Click Save to store the record
Actions
- Edit or delete any record using the icons in the Actions column
- Fuel entries are used in fuel consumption calculations across related modules
