The Reports module offers detailed analytics and summaries across all aspects of fleet operations.
Create
To generate a new report in the Fleet Reports module, follow these steps:
- Browse the report categories (e.g., Vehicles, Parts, Work Order, Service Entry).
- Click on the report name you wish to generate.
Depending on the report:
- Some reports (like Trucks Details) will prompt you to select specific parameters, such as vehicle type or group, before generating the report.
- Others will directly open a list view containing report data, ready to filter and export.
- After selecting any required inputs, click Submit to generate the report.
- View & Analyze Data
- Sort columns
- Search by keyword
- Expand rows for more detail (if available)
Reports display in a dynamic table or with visual charts. You can:
