Main Settings
- Optimization Factor: Choose between time or distance for route optimization.
- Point Radius: Define the default radius for point detection.
- Route Color: Select colors for planned and actual routes.
- Configure time calculations (in minutes or seconds) and related sub-settings:
o Service Time: Minimum duration a unit must remain within a point's radius.
o Allowed Delay Time: Permissible time deviation for early or late job order starts.
o Maximum Stop Time: Maximum duration a unit can stop before triggering a notification.
o Preparation Time: Primarily allocated for the driver to prepare during the operation of the job order.
- Job Order ID: Choose between automated or manual ID generation.
- Total Driving Hours: Set the maximum allowable driving hours per day.
- Continuous Driving Hours: Define the maximum uninterrupted driving time before requiring a break.
- Minimum Speed: Set the speed threshold for stop time calculation.
- Route Deviation Tolerance: Define the acceptable deviation distance from the planned route.
Notification Settings
- Turn all notifications on or off by toggling Allow System Notifications.
- Set Up Email Notifications: Add up to 10 email addresses to receive notifications.
- Configure Specific Notifications: Enable or disable notifications for the following events:
o Exceeded Total Driving Hours
o Delayed Stop
o Completed Job Order
o Unexpected Driver Stop
o Canceled with Missed Stops
o Left Stop
o Arrived Stop
o Delayed Job Order
o Started Job Order
o Off Road
o Canceled Job Order
o Exceeded End Time
o Completed with Missed Stops
