Templates

The Templates feature allows users to create, manage, and utilize questionnaire templates. These templates are designed to be completed before starting job orders, ensuring safety and compliance. Users can view existing questionnaires, edit or delete them, and create new ones.

Creating a template

1. Click Create New Template.

2. Enter a Template Name (required) and add questions by clicking "+ Add" in the Questions section.
3. For each question, provide a Question Title.
4. Add possible answers using "+ Add" in the Answers section, specifying each Answer.
5. Click "Save" to finalize template creation.
