The Issues section is used to report, manage, and track problems encountered with vehicles, such as mechanical faults, abnormal readings, or required repairs. Each issue is tied to a specific vehicle and can be assigned, categorized, and updated as it progresses.
View
- Issues are displayed in a structured table with the following columns:
- Reference
- Vehicle Name / Plate Number
- Summary
- Assigned To
- User ID
- Actions
- Status tabs at the top allow you to view issues by:
- Open
- In Progress
- Closed
- Pagination and row count controls are available at the bottom
Filter
Accessible via the Filter button, the panel includes:
- Reported Date From / To
- Summary
- Assigned To
- User ID
- Reported By
- Category
Click Apply Filters to narrow the results.
Create
To report a new issue:
- Click Add New
- Fill out the form:
- Vehicle (required)
- Reported Date / Time (required)
- Driver (optional)
- Reported By (user selection)
- Summary (required)
- Description (optional)
- Issue Type (dropdown)
- Odometer (optional) + Void Odometer checkbox
- Engine Hours (optional) + Void Engine Hours checkbox
- Assigned To (optional)
- Category (optional)
- Due Date under Overdue Settings (optional)
- Click Save to log the issue
Actions
- Edit or delete issues using the Actions column
- Status is updated manually based on workflow (e.g., moving from Open to In Progress or Closed)
âšī¸ Issues are often linked to Work Orders or used to justify service entries. Proper categorization and tracking ensure timely resolution and reporting clarity.

Accessible from the top-right menu, this panel allows you to:
- Export data to:
- CSV file
- XLS file
- XLSX file
- PDF file
