La section Graphiques est une couche d'analyse visuelle construite directement à partir des données de la section Statistiques. Elle n'introduit pas de nouveaux indicateurs ; elle transforme plutôt les statistiques tabulaires en visualisations interactives, exactement telles qu'elles apparaissent dans l'interface et les vidéos de démonstration.
Types De Graphiques
Les graphiques sont regroupés par objectif analytique. Chaque carte de graphique représente une question statistique unique.
Graphiques De Performance
Utilisés pour mesurer l'efficacité opérationnelle et le comportement au fil du temps.
Exemples:
- Performance Moyenne — Consommation De Carburant
- Consommation de carburant agrégée sur les unités sélectionnées
- Affiché sous forme de graphique en barres ou en colonnes
- Prend en charge l'exploration hiérarchique (Niveau 1 → Niveau 2)
- Nombre De Trajets Aller-Retour Par Géorepérage
- Nombre de trajets complétés au sein des géorepérages définis
- Affiché sous forme de tableau ou de graphique selon la configuration
Chart Interactions
Charts are interactive and support:
- Hover tooltips for exact values
- Drill‑down navigation (when hierarchical levels exist)
- Switching between chart and list/table view (where applicable)
Graphiques De Statut Et D'Activité
Utilisés pour visualiser la disponibilité et le comportement de transmission des données.
Examples:
- Online Units vs offline trends
- Reporting activity frequency
- Alert generation over time
Chart Header Information
Each chart card includes a standardized header containing:
- Chart title (e.g. Average Performance – Fuel Consumption)
- Metric scope (e.g. All selected units)
- Date range applied to the chart
This ensures charts remain auditable and context‑aware, especially when exported or shared.
Charts are typically used by managers and analysts to quickly understand performance, trends, and distribution without scanning large tables.
Creating a chart
The following steps explain how to create a chart and configure its data, layout, and visualization options.
- Open the Charts Module
- From the main menu, go to Dashboard → Charts.
- Click Add to create a new chart.
- Select Units
- In the Units panel, browse or search for the required units.
- Expand unit groups if needed.
- Select the checkbox next to each unit you want to include in the chart.
- Choose the Chart Type
- From the Chart Type dropdown, select Mileage.
- Define the Date Range
- In the Date section, select one of the predefined options:
- Today
- Yesterday
- Week
- Month
- Alternatively, select Specified Interval and manually set:
- From date and time
- To date and time
- Set the Data Range
- Under Data Range, choose one of the following:
- Top Ten Selected to display only the top 10 results
- All Selected to display all selected units
- Select the Chart Visualization
- In the Type section, choose how the data is displayed:
- Bar
- Doughnut
- Pie
- Configure the Layout Size
- Under Layout size, select One column.
- Apply Geofence Filters (Optional)
- From the Geofences dropdown, select one or more geofences to filter the chart data.
- Configure the X-Axis
- In X Axis Configuration, select Unit Name to display unit names on the horizontal axis.
- Set Mileage Limits
- In the Mileage section:
- Enter a Min value (in KM) to define the minimum mileage.
- Optionally, enter a Max value to limit the maximum mileage displayed.
- Save the Chart
- Click Save to create and add the chart to the dashboard.
Charts Tools
Each chart includes a standardized toolset in the top‑right corner. These tools behave consistently across all charts.
Chart View
Displays the data as a graphical chart (bar, line, etc.).
Change Chart Type
Allows switching the visualization type for the same dataset, such as:
- Bar chart
- Line chart
- Column chart
- Pie chart (where applicable)
The underlying data remains unchanged; only the visual representation is affected.
Export
Exports the chart’s underlying data to Excel, respecting:
- Selected date range
- Unit / group filters
- Status filters
Table View Icon
Switches the visualization into a detailed tabular list representing the same dataset.
Toggle Chart Layout Size
Changes the layout of the chart container, allowing users to switch between:
- Standard embedded view
- Expanded / wide layout (for better readability)
- Full‑screen mode (if enabled)
This is especially useful for charts with large datasets or wide tables.
More Options
Provides additional chart‑specific actions, such as:
- Full‑screen view
- Reset filters (chart‑level)
- Configuration options (if permitted)
Export Rules
- Exports always reflect current chart state
- Drill‑down level is preserved in the export
- Exported data matches table view exactly
Operational Use Cases
- Management performance reviews
- Trend and anomaly detection
- Operational KPI tracking
- Visual reporting for stakeholders
Statistics remains the primary analytical foundation of the system, while Charts act as its visual interpretation layer.
