CONTENTS

The Dashboard is the primary monitoring interface within the Admin Portal.

It provides real-time operational visibility across client accounts and summarizes fleet activity at a system level.

The Dashboard enables administrators to quickly assess:

  • Fleet size
  • Active client accounts
  • Trip activity distribution
  • Live ongoing trips

Purpose

The Dashboard is designed for:

  • Immediate operational oversight
  • High-level performance tracking
  • Real-time monitoring of trip activity
  • Quick identification of active accounts

It serves as the entry point for deeper operational investigation through Trip Status and Reports.

Overview Cards

At the top of the Dashboard, summary indicators provide high-level system metrics.

Total Vehicles

Displays the total number of registered vehicles across the selected scope.

Active Clients

Displays the number of active client accounts currently operating within the system.

These indicators update dynamically based on the selected account filter.

Top 10 Clients by Trips

This section displays a bar chart ranking the top 10 client accounts by number of trips within the selected period.

Chart Characteristics

  • Dynamic visualization
  • Automatically updates based on selected filters
  • Hover interaction displays detailed values
  • Ranks clients by total trips

Available Filters

The chart supports:

  • Time Filter
    • Day
    • Week
    • Month
  • Account Filter
    • Filter results by specific client account
    • When no account is selected, system-wide results are displayed

Changing any filter immediately refreshes the chart data.

This allows administrators to:

  • Compare operational performance across periods
  • Identify high-volume accounts
  • Monitor activity trends

Live Trips Info

The Live Trips section displays real-time data for ongoing trips.

Displayed Fields

  • Vehicle Name
  • Client Name
  • Trip ID
  • Taxi Type
  • Pickup Address
  • Trip Start Time

Account Filtering

A Select Account dropdown allows administrators to:

  • View live trips for a specific account
  • View live trips across all accounts

The table updates automatically based on the selected account.

Real-Time Updates

The Dashboard supports real-time trip monitoring.

When a new trip is initiated:

  • A notification appears
  • The Live Trips table updates
  • Metrics reflect current activity
