    1. Heavy Equipment Operations

    Description

    Analyzes operational activity of heavy equipment, focusing on engine usage, movement, idle time, and productivity within the selected timeframe.

    How the report is calculated

    Engine state and movement data are aggregated to distinguish between working, moving, idle, and stopped periods.

    2. Events

    Description

    Displays all system-generated events recorded during the selected timeframe.

    Each triggered event is logged by the system and retrieved based on the selected filters.

    3. Event Comments

    Description

    Shows user-added comments linked to system events for tracking actions and follow-ups.

    Comments are retrieved from stored user inputs linked to event records.

    Data Filters

    • Time Limitation: Exclude specific periods. When enabled, this feature excludes specific timeframes from the report based on selected hours, weekdays, calendar days, and months.

      2. Define a time range (e.g., 09:00 to 16:00).
      3. Choose specific weekdays (e.g., Sunday).
      4. Include only certain days of the month or use quick filters like Odd/Even.
      5. Select specific months of the year.
      6. Click on the Inverse button to treat the selected time ranges as excluded periods instead of included ones.

    Description

    Provides an audit log of user login activity within the system.
