The Vehicles section displays all units available in the Fleet module, along with their essential maintenance and operational details. It serves as the central view for accessing each vehicle’s service status, linked assignments, and meter data.

The Vehicles section is divided into two submodules:
- Vehicles List: Displays all active vehicles in the system
- Archived Vehicles List: Shows vehicles that are no longer in active use but are retained for record-keeping
- Table listing all vehicles synced from Tepra Core
- Columns include:
- Vehicle Name
- Plate Number
- Group
- Last Service Date
- Current Mileage and Engine Hours
- Linked Service Plans
- Status Indicators (e.g., active, in service, under maintenance)
- Search and filter options by:
- Vehicle name
- Group
- Service status
- Assignment status
- Click on any vehicle to open its detailed profile:
- Services history
- Issues and Accidents
- Work Orders
- Inspection Results
- Fuel Consumption
- Update odometer or engine hour values manually (if not synced automatically)
- Export vehicle list to Excel
Actions
ℹ️ Vehicles are pulled automatically from Tepra Core. No vehicle creation happens within the Fleet module.
