The Monitoring section in IVMS allows you to live-track your fleet in real time. It brings together location, movement, status indicators, and asset-specific insights into a unified, interactive workspace.

    image

    It includes:

    • 🟢 Monitoring List: where assets are shown in a structured, sortable table.
    • 🔵 Monitoring Fields: dynamic data columns showing live vehicle statuses.
    • 🟡 Monitoring Tools: controls located above the list for filtering, focusing, tracking, and managing visibility.
    • 🔴 Map Monitoring: visual display of locations, motion status, and contextual overlays.
    • 🟣 Map Tools: interface options for managing how data appears on the map.

    Monitoring List

The Monitoring list displays live asset data and supports bulk management. Vehicles from Tepra Core automatically appear, sorted from newest to oldest.

    Getting Started

    1. Press Add Vehicles.
    2. Search for the desired vehicles / vehicles group.
    3. Select desired vehicles:
      • All
      • By group
      • Individually
💡 Vehicles without groups appear in a separate expandable group.
    1. Confirm to populate the monitoring list.
    📌

If a vehicle does not appear in the vehicles list, this indicates you do not have access to it. As a result, you won’t be able to send commands, request tracks, or perform most actions associated with that vehicle.

The monitoring list provides generic information about each vehicle along with a set of operational actions.
