The Dashboard in Tepra Core provides a high-level summary of total assets registered in the system and their distribution across connected applications.
Purpose
The dashboard gives users a quick overview of:
- Total units available in the platform
- How those units are distributed across applications (e.g., IVMS, Fleet)
- Visual indicators to assess system usage at a glance
Layout Overview
The dashboard is composed of three summary cards:
1. Total Units
- Displays the total number of units registered across the entire platform
- This includes all units regardless of which modules they are assigned to
2. IVMS Units
- Shows how many units are assigned to the IVMS application
- Includes:
- Total Units
- A horizontal progress bar representing usage proportion
- A percentage label indicating the share of all units assigned to IVMS
3. Fleet Units
- Displays how many units are linked to the Fleet application
- Includes:
- Total Units
- A horizontal usage bar
- A percentage label showing the proportion of total units managed under Fleet
Visual Features
- Each summary card uses a consistent layout for easy comparison
- Metrics update in real-time as new units are added or reassigned
User Experience Notes
- This dashboard is view-only; users must navigate to the Assets section for detailed management
- The visual layout provides a fast and intuitive snapshot of resource distribution across major modules
