Notifications Panel

The Notifications Panel is your central hub for tracking alerts, updates, and system activities during your daily operations.

Notifications are organized into two sections:

• Event Notifications
• System Notifications

You can receive notifications for:

• 🔔 Events Firing
• 🚗 Assets Updates (e.g., addition or removal of vehicles)
• 📊 Reports Creation
• 📈 Charts Creation
• 🛠️ System Notifications from Afaqy

Notification Panel Actions

Takes you to the Notification Center

Filter notifications by Read or Unread status.

Pin notifications to mark important alerts.

Comment on notifications for reference.

Let’s say a driver triggered an over-speeding alert. The operator can call the driver, record a note (e.g., "Driver exceeded due to emergency delivery"), and attach it as a comment. These comments help when compiling driver evaluations later.

Unread notifications are indicated by red dots and counters next to each section.

Mark individual notifications as Read or Unread.

🗂️ At the end of each day, notifications are archived in the Notification Center, ensuring a clean panel view for upcoming activities.

Notification Center

The Notification Center is the archive of all past notifications.

• Both System and Event notifications are stored here.
• You can perform the same actions as in the live panel (pin, read/unread, comment, filter, and locate notifications).

Think of the Notification Center as your searchable history of operational alerts and actions.

Notification Center Tools

Search by notification title.

Filter by date (Event Notifications).

Pin notifications to mark important alerts.

Filter notifications by Read or Unread status.

Filter by category & type (System Notifications).

Filter by commented-on notifications.
