Vehicles

The Vehicles module allows you to view and manage all vehicles shared with your account via Tepra Core. This section ensures you always have the most up-to-date view of your fleet, including any changes made by the super admin (such as additions, edits, or removals).

Vehicles List

The vehicle list is presented in a sortable, searchable table that allows access to the following views:

List View

Vehicles View: All vehicles are displayed in a flat list.

Click on any vehicle’s row to access more in-depth information about that vehicle.

Groups View: Vehicles are grouped under their parent categories for better organization.

Click on any vehicles group to access more in-depth information about that vehicles group.

Statistical View

• See the total vehicle count.
• View the breakdown of vehicle types (e.g., Pickup Truck, MUV).
• Each vehicle type includes:
• Count
• Percentage share
• Horizontal chart bar for visual comparison
• You can also click View More to expand and analyze additional vehicle type distributions.
• A comparative bar graph is shown at the bottom to highlight proportions.

Vehicles Management

Search by vehicle name or vehicles group name.

Access in-depth information about the vehicle

Trace the vehicle on the map

Filter by vehicle groups, statuses, and types.

Show/Hide vehicle type, driver, group, plate number.

Export the vehicles’ data in XLS, XLSX, or CSV.

Real-Time Updates

Any time your super admin makes a change — such as assigning new vehicles or removing access — the updates are instantly reflected here to ensure your fleet view is always accurate
